Himalaya HD and SD Nonlinear Editing System from Newauto based on Matrox DSX Platform (5/5/2005)

Matrox Video Products Group today announced that Newauto Silicon Valley Video Technology Co., Ltd. has adopted the Matrox DSX platform for its new Himalaya nonlinear editing system. Himalaya provides HD and SD editing and realtime multilayer video and multilayer title broadcasting. It includes multi-format inputs and outputs and can mix multi-format video, titles, and audio. Himalaya also features comprehensive special effects and supports video/audio codec plug-ins and third-party effects plug-ins. It seamlessly integrates the Newauto Shenbi A8 graphics/title creation system.
